BSW成立于2008年，由英国设计师Roger.B为首任总监，是一家多领域的设计事务所。现任团队核心李百炼，秉承Roger.B传承下来的国际化设计方向——坚持项目前期调研和尊重历史前提下的设计创新，以坦诚直率的工作方法和工作态度面对设计问题，在工作过程中保持清晰明确的设计方向。
